Exilis Elite Treatment
Exilis Elite is a well-known non-invasive aesthetic treatment for two persistent concerns: localized adiposity and skin laxity.
It holds CE certification in Europe and FDA clearance in the USA. It is recommended for patients aged 21 to 70+ who seek a high-technology, effective aesthetic intervention.
Mechanism of action
Exilis Elite combines high-energy monopolar radiofrequency with ultrasound, delivering controlled heat into the deeper dermis and subcutaneous fat.
This leads to collagen remodeling and skin tightening. From the first session, the skin may appear firmer and more toned.
Exilis Elite also has a lipolytic effect: heat is absorbed by adipocytes, which are permanently destroyed, offering long-lasting improvement in localized fat. It is suitable for mild-to-moderate resistant fat deposits and may delay or reduce the need for more invasive procedures such as liposuction. It is not a weight-loss treatment.

Comfort
The procedure is comfortable and painless, similar to a warm massage, performed with the patient lying down. Return to activities is immediate. Mild transient erythema resolves within 20–30 minutes.
Safety
Safety is enhanced by the Energy Flow Control system, which maintains appropriate energy delivery and prevents overheating. The device is FDA-cleared for skin tightening.
When results appear
Improvement may be evident from the first session; reported improvement can reach up to 81% after the first treatment. Typically, 4–8 sessions (weekly) are recommended for optimal tightening results, which may last at least two years. Fat reduction results are described as permanent.
